What do you notice about the wages for men’s jobs compared to the wages for women’s jobs?

Men have higher wages. Women work twice as hard to even get the job but still get paid less

Being a working women who also is a full time collage student I can say that the men have higher wages in most job markets. Granted it has gotten a lot better for women over the years but still. Men are earning more per pay check then women do.
