For graph B.

Given line is passing through two points (0, 3) and (2, 15)

Slope of the line
m_(A)=(15-3)/(2-0)


m_(A)=(12)/(2)=6

For graph C.

Given line is passing through (0, 12) and (4, 0)

Slope of the line in graph
m_(B)=(0-12)/(4-0)


m_(B) =-(12)/(4)=(-3)

In these two lines, line in graph C is showing negative slope which means adoption of animals by zoo is showing negative trend.
