The other Lords (except for Macduff) don’t act on their suspicions, are they at fault too? This is from Macbeth. Please give a full explanation. Help ASAP.

No. they didn't not know of Macbeth's plans. Some Suspisous come an go, most are never acted uppon.

The story is vary faint to me. I read it a while ago. I hope this helpes though.
