when people experience poverty they gain knowledge of what to do when they don't have enough money to survive. like take an little spoiled boy whose parents are billionaire and take an beggar little boy who would you think would be more responsible obviously the beggar because he experience harsh circumstances. poverty impacts a person by making them more responsible.
