Thinkers of the scientific revolution believed that the physical world follows natural laws.

During the early modern period, views of the society in terms of nature suffered a change as a consequence of development in astronomy, biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics, and during the scientific revolution, a wave of events that took place, a modern science in the modern period was necessary. It occurred during the 16th and 17th centuries.

The new view that emerged in the scientific revolution replaced the Greek view that had dominated science for 2,000 years.
