I think the first one is right but i dont really know. pls help with all :)

The first one is wrong as je suis means “ I am” in French, the actual verb is je mange which means in French “I’m eating” un sandwich “a sandwich” in French basically so the sentence becomes:

Je mange un sandwich

The first one is incorrect because suis means am. So, "je suis" means "I am."
