The economic situation of a trainee teacher can be seriously affected by lack of means and this is a serious issue if as a country we want to have better teachers and better education. In a study made in Merauke Regency, Indonesia investigators get the conclusion that economic status affects the morale of teachers and also affects teaching performance of them.
