From the figure we can see a vertically opposite angles.

To find the value of x

From figure we get,

72 + (10x + 48 ) = 180 (linear pair)

72 + 10x + 48 = 180

10x + 120 = 180

10x = 180 - 120 = 60

x = 60/10 = 6

x = 6

To find the value of z

From figure we get Z = 72°

(Since 72 and Z are vertically opposite angles)
