What would happen to the energy flow through an ecosystem of the decomposers were eliminated ?

Because decomposers release nutrients, if they were eliminated, wastes and and remains of dead organisms would pile up, and the left over organisms would never make it back to the ecosystem. Hope this helped, let me know if you need a little more assistance! :)
