C and D are definately not the correct answer because the y-intercept in the graphs are not -3. the answer is A because notice that the line is on the y-intercept -3. the formula to find the slope is y2 - y1/x2 -x1. pick any two points in the graph and they should give you the answer you're looking for. (x, y)

(0, -3) (5, 3)

3 - (-3) / 5 - 0

18/5

y= 6/5x-3 is the same thing as y=18/5x-3
