This is a serious question I'm asking myself.

Are black dots on skin cancerous?(It might be my birthmark)

It really depends on size and color . As you get older your skin starts to change colors sometimes. It’s possible to form marks like beauty marks.

Black dots are most likely birthmarks unless they are raised a little from skin with redness around the dot,then its possible to be cancerous
