The first point of view makes it the easiest to understand how the narrarator feels because first point of view is the narrarator speaking from himself. He/She'll use words like I, me. So you get the sense of exactly what the narrarator thinks and feels as the story or passage unfolds.

First hand point of view. First hand point of view is when the narrator is telling the story about something he/she experienced.
