Can someone help me list 3-5 flaws about this picture?

The dog’s handkerchief around it’s neck doesn’t go well with the color scheme of red, black, and white. You could focus more on the dog by making the perspective right on the dog’s face. I guess it’s a good idea to blur the background a little, to add more focus on the dog. It’s a great photo though. The eyes are really pretty too

it is a good photo but hot dogs handkerchief around it's does not really go. background could be blurred a little bit more. The red and green handkerchief does not fit red would do better. Safari needs to be cleaned up a little more.
