Formulas:

Volume of a cylinder is: V = π·r²·h

Surface Area of a cylinder is: SA = 2π·r·h + 2π·r²

Ratio of Surface Area to Volume is: 2(h + r) : r·h

2π·r·h + 2π·r² : π·r²·h

= 2π·r(h + r) : π·r·r·h

= 2(h + r) : r·h

\begin {array}l\underline{\quad Dimensions\quad }&\underline{Volume}&\underline{Surface\ Area}&\underline{Ratio\ (SA:V)}\\ r=3, h=2&56.55&94.25&10:6\rightarrow\ 5:3 \\r=2, h=9&113.1&138.23&22:18\rightarrow 11:9\\d=4 (r=2),h=9&113.1&138.23&22:18\rightarrow 11:9\\d=6(r=3), h=4&113.1&131.95&14:12\rightarrow 7:6\\\end{array}
