So its 20$ per yard, the length is 4 more yards then the width. So that is a hundred dollars more then the width. You take away 100 from 1200; 1200-100= 1,100. so you divide 1,100 by 2 and get 550 and the length is 100 dollars more. so add 550+650 = 1,200, and so you know that is correct so then you divide 550 and 20 and you get 27.5.

So the width of the rectangular region is 27.5 yards.
