Industrialization was good since it accelerated almost all the manufacturing processes. However, it brought about overpopulation in cities as many people moved from rural to urban areas in order to work in factories. Industrialization was also the point of departure for exploitation since many people worked under unfair conditions, especially women and children who worked many hours a day for a low salary, as workers they had no rights. In other words, industrialization made it necessary the creation of laws to ensure and protect people's working and human rights.
