Answer: -1


Explanation:

First you get the -2x by it self, so you minis 1 to 3

So now you have

2=-2x


Now you divide them 2 divided by -2

So you get -1

Subtract 1 from both sides

3 - 1 = -2x

Simplify 3 -1 to 2

2 = -2x

Divide both sides by -2

-1 = x

Switch sides

x = -1
