It always depends on weather in the North Atlantic, if on a certain week the North Atlantic is rough and windy; it is highly probable that Japan's east facing coastal cities will experience light winds, and probably, rain. But if Seas on the Atlantic are calm Japan's east facing coastal cities will probably experiance a nice sunny day.

Good Studies! :)
