I believe the answer is 95.09 per sweater. Though because I am can't totally recall what mean is, you might want to check it yourself.
To get what I got I divided 99.92 by 2 then added that to 199.84 which is 99.92 doubled.
Then, you multiply that (249.8) by .142 to get 35.47, which you add to the $249.80 you already have.
After this you come up with a total of 285.27 which you will then divide by three to get 95.09. However, I am not sure about the final step so you may want to check it yourself.
