The radius of a circle is 3 cm. Find it's area in terms of pi. 28.27 cm2 is wrong​

Explanation:

The reason why that is wrong is because it says in terms o pi which means you do NOT multiply pi by the radius squared.

EQUATION FOR AREA OF A CIRCLE:
\pi r^(2)

When you put it all together you get:
\pi * 3^(2) which equals
9\pi

DO NOT MULTIPLY 9 AND PI. IT'S JUST 9
\pi
