(1)/(ax) - (1)/(bx) = 1

can someone ease explain how this is possible. right now I have tried everything from the back of my head and nothing seems to work. Thanks!​

The answer to your question is 1 because:

'ax' and 'bx' have no values, they are missing numbers.
