5x+9y=-9

(0,-1) x = 0, y = -1

Explanation:

You can first re-arrange the items to y= (something) or x=(something) in the first equation. Then, lets say we use y=(something) and subsitute it for the why in the second equation. 5x+9(something)=-9.
