Does anyone know if there are any taboos/restrictions/decorations for Hanukkah?

Answer: Yes, there is some restrictions when it comes to Hanukkah. Many people who celebrate the holiday avoid putting up lights, but the blue and or white lights are extra restricted when it comes to this holiday. This makes Hanukkah a pretty simplistic holiday because the decorations limit to being quite simplistic.

Answer: for some reason you cant put up blue and white lights, Only permit “traditional” Hanukkah décor. Menorahs, dreidels, paper chains.
