Bolsheviks were divided in the Petrograd Soviet between the Bolsheviks and the Mensheviks. Bolsheviks were called the Majority and the Mensheviks were called the Minority.


The reason why there was a revolution was that, when the TSAR abdicated, the new provisional government along with the Petrograd Soviets took power, they were nothing but chaos. Therefore Lenin's plan of PEACE, LAND, AND BREAD. were what fueled the communism in Russia.
