What is the equation of a line that contains point (-2,3) and is PARALLEL to y = -3x + 2

Answer: y = -3x - 3

Since //-lines have same slope, slope of equation will be -3. Using pt slope form w/ pt given to us and //-line slope, we get y = -3x-3
