Answer:

-repetitive bruising (like every day, you keep noticing the bruises, that would be very suspicious.)

-number of bruises (if you see lots of bruises, *more than normal?* this may be suspicious)

-location of the bruise (bruising that happened accidentally would most likely occur on the hard parts of the body: shins, knees, elbows, forehead, nose, and chin. inflicted bruising is found mostly on soft parts of the body: cheeks, ears, neck, trunk, buttocks, and arms.)

-patterned or bruises that are very close/clustered together (usually, a person would not likely have patterned bruises. It would be very strange if they did. If someone has paterned bruises, this is probrobly a suspicious sign of infliction. for example: a linear bruise may indicate that the person was hit with a stick-like object. parallel linear bruises may show that the person was slapped with a hand. Clusters (clumped up groups) of bruises are often found in a person showing defensive injuries, or grab marks, especially if they are found on the upper arms and outer thighs.)
