Answer:

The pulse rate changes during exercise because when we do exercise the demand for oxygen in body is very high as compare to the supply from the environment. To complete the demand the plus rate changes . when we exercise heavily our muscle cells lacks oxygen and respire anaerobically in which glucose broke down into 3 carbon molecule called Pyruvate .
