tan(2pi) = 0

tan(a + b) = (tan(a) + tan(b))/ (1 - tan(a) * tan(b))

tan(theta + 2pi)

= tan(theta) + tan(2pi) / 1 - (tan(theta) * tan(2pi))

= tan(theta) + 0 / 1 - tan(theta) * 0

= tan(theta) / 1

= tan(theta)
