3(x+4)=3(x-5)\\3x+12=3x-15\\3x+12-3x+15=0\\27=0

The system of equations don't have any solutions due to the exact same x-terms.

For this both system of equations, the answer is A.

The x-terms are the same for the equation to be false.

The constant, however, is indeed different as shown in the equation.
