simplify:

y= (.3*x) -4

substitute:

-3= (.3*3) -4

solve:

PEMDAS

-3= (.3*3) -4

-3= .9 - 4

-3= -3.1

although this is not the exact same it is the closest out of all the equations therefore the best answer you have
