Suppose that a scuba diver is currently 34 feet below sea level. If he descends at a rate of 2 feet per minute, in how many minutes will it take for the diver to reach 126 feet below sea level? PLSSS give an explanation too!!!

-126 = -34 + 2x is the equation you would use. solve for x, which would be -46. it would take 46 minutes for the diver to reach 126 feet below sea level.
