Explanation:

First look at the y-intercept or b (in this case it is 3)

The y-intercept tells us where the line touches in the graph on the Y-axis

(In this case you move up in the Y-axis 3 times)

Put a dot on 3 (in the y-axis)

Now from 3 on the y-axis go down -4 and right 3 since the slope is -4/3

(Slope = rise/run -4 is rise [but since it the 4 is a -4 you go down] and 3 is run)

every time you finish going down -4 and right 3 place a dot on it and repeat if you think you can draw a line then stop and draw the line and you are finished

Start by putting a dot at (0,3). Then you just need to go four down and three right from that dot and put another dot. Just repeat that a couple times to make sure it is straight, and connect the dots with a line. You can also go four up and three left from the (0,3) for the other side of the axis.
