there is no -1 it must be one so it is now 3/4 x 4/3=12/2=1

When you divide by a fraction, you must take its reciprocal and multiply.
Andrew did not do that,

So, (-3/4) / (4/3) becomes (-3/4) x (3/4)
The answer is -9/16.
