The equation would be y=2x+2.

Slope intercept form is written as y=mx+b, where m is the slope and b is the y intercept.

To find the slope, find the rise (vertical) over the run (horizontal). To get from one point to another, the line goes up by two and across by one. The slope would be 2/1 which simplifies to 2.

To find the intercept, find where the line crosses the y intercept (vertical axis). It crosses at 2.
