How do you limit your spending? What are the challenges of setting a budget or choosing not to purchase an item when you want it at that moment?

To limit your spending there are many ways. You can acctually check your basket before paying to see if you could remove anything unnesesary or spend wisely. the best way is quite different but you could sell things off that you dont need anymore!
