True - The conventional current of a circuit (I = current) starts at the positive terminal of the battery and ends at the negative terminal of the battery -

The electron current is in opposite direction of the conventional current and begins at the negative terminal (cathode) of the battery and flows thru the circuit to the positive terminal (anode).
