Describe the differences between effective and ineffective listeners, and consider the ways in which effective listeners can better attend to customers needs

Ineffective : Ineffective listeners may assume things about what customers want or need, and not fully listen to what they are saying and understand what is needed to be done.

Effective: effective listeners can listen to the whole thing the customer has to say, and maybe double check before sending them to a certain place
