Slope (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(0-4)/(-5-5) = -4/-10 = 2/5
Y = 2/5x + b
Plug in any point
4 = 2/5(5) + b
4 = 2 + b, b= 2
Final equation: y = 2/5x + 2
