1. Cannot Hit receiver while ball is in the air. PENALTY is Pass Interference it is a 15 yard loss for the defense
2.Cannot go accross the ball before it is snapped. PENALTY is offsides it is a 5 yard loss for the defense
3.Cannot Hit QB below the knees. PENALTY is Roughing the passer 15 yard loss for defense.
4.Can only have 11 men on the field. PENALTY is 12 men on the field it is a 10 yard loss for that team.
