Let's say you're a very healthy eater. You eat salads, you know when to eat, and sometimes you just treat yourself probably about once a month. You're a nutritious person, and you look great. You would be as healthy as the greens you put in your mouth.

Now let's say you eat a bunch of chips, meat, sweets, fried things, and you just can't control yourself. You would be a gluttonous person. You would be like the junk, and you wouldn't look very good either. You look exactly like what you eat.
