Graph ​y−5=−2/3(x+9)​ using the point and slope given in the equation.
Use the line tool and select two points on the line.
(There is a graph with all 4 quadrants and the values go up to 10 for both x and y)

Well, I don't know how to graph it for you, but the slope is -2/3 and the point is (-9, 5). So, when you graph it, from the point (-9, 5), you can go 3 units to the right and 2 units down.
