First find the negative reciprocal of the gradient since its perpendicular, -4
Then you substitute the new gradient and the coordinates of the point into the eq’n of a line
2=-4(0)+c
2=c
Then the substitute the new gradient and the y intercept into the line eq’n
Answer
Y=-4x+2
