How do genetics and previous experiences impact how a person experiences alcohol? What habits could we adopt to reduce potential biological and neurological harms from drinking?

me personally drinking is a choice therefore people choose to harm themselves in a day to day basis genetics has nothing to do with it, being raised around it does
