Aaron needs to take out a loan to purchase a motorcycle. At one bank, he would

pay $2,500 initially and $150 each month for the loan. At another bank, he would pay
$3,000 initially and $125 each month. After how many months will the two loan
payments be the same?

2500+150x=3000+125x solve for x and thats how many months it will be for the two loan payments to be the same.
150x-125x=25x 3000-2500=500 25x=500 500/25=20 25/25=1 x=20 20 months until the loan payments will be the same.
