The missing length is 5.3 (a=5.3)

Explanation:

The a is the missing side length.

a(2)+6(2)=8(2) The twos will be small and at the right corner of the number/letter.

when there is a 2 at the right corner of a number you will multiply that number with itself.

6×6=36 8×8=64

subtract 36 by 36. subtract 36 by 64(28)

a(2)=28

if you have a scientific caculator there are these buttons you must use at the end. Click the 2nd button, the click the x2 button(close to bottom left)

once you have those buttons clicked add in the number that doesnt have a variable(28)

28=5.29

ROUND 5.29 PLEASE

5.29=5.3
