Why shouldn’t they have uniform in school?

Answer:

Uniforms prevent students from expressing individuality in a prime time in their life. During teenage years, students are working on finding themselves and finding what they like. If their individuality is restricted during these years, their mental development will be slightly behind those of their peers when they become an adult.
