Structural landforms would include faults, folds, fabric in metamorphic rocks and things caused my plate movements and deformations of rocks in general, along with smaller features such as jointing. Depositional includes things that are deposited such as sediment basins, alluvial fans, deltas, ripples marks, cross bedding, etc. All of these were created by deposition of particles fluvially (by water) or eolian (by wind).
