The final solution was elimination of European Jewish population. Actually all of Jewish ethnicity. GENOCIDE

A tragic, warped mindset, held mostly by Nazi party members. Led to not just concentration camps but full extermination sites. Rounding up of all Jews in Germany and occupied territories: the trains, gas chambers, crematorium.

Auschwitz/Birkenau for one such extermination factory.
