The perfect right of kings or heavenly right is a political and religious tenet of legal and political authenticity. It declares that a ruler is liable to no natural expert, inferring the privilege to govern specifically from the will of God. The lord is in this way not subject to the will of his kin, the gentry, or some other bequest of the domain
