For example, if you had a great healthy diet consisting of greens and fruit and ate foods with less amounts of fat etc and worked out as well, that would be good when trying to lose weight. If you ate a ton of protein and had a ton of calories a day, it would help you a lot if you wanted to gain more muscle when working out.
